Dalgety (spr. dällgéttĭ), Ort in der brit.-austral. Kolonie (Staat) Neusüdwales, am Fuße der Australischen Alpen, unterhalb des Mount Kosciuszko, ca. 270 m ü.d.M., am Snowy River, ca. 500 E.; 1904 zur Hauptstadt des Australischen Bundesstaates bestimmt.
